My die is not cutting correctly. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please check the following:

  • Ensure your plates are not broken, curved, or bent
  • Do not exceed the recommended number of layers
  • Make sure you are using the correct plates and that they fully cover the die
  • Clean any debris from between the blades

If the issue continues, please send us a video showing the problem along with your order number.

The die does not fit my Sizzix machine. What should I do?

We clearly state machine compatibility in each product listing.
Please read all details before purchasing.

We do not offer returns or exchanges once items have shipped.

How do I care for my dies?

If you no longer have your care card, follow these tips:

  • Cover the foam side with masking tape and run it through your machine twice
  • Use plates that fully cover the die and are not warped
  • Remove debris with a weeding tool (especially for intricate designs)
  • Use:
    • 1–2 layers of 65 lb cardstock for intricate dies
    • Up to 3 layers for simple shapes
    • Only 1 layer for thicker cardstock

This helps maintain sharp blades and optimal performance.

Why is the foam lifting from the die?

Our foam is made from a durable material, but slight lifting can occur due to shipping or weather conditions.

  • Run the die through your machine 2–3 times to help it re-adhere
  • If needed, apply a small amount of glue (such as Gorilla Glue) between the foam and die

This does not affect performance.

Why did the tape on the die come off?

This can happen with larger dies if they shift during use.

  • This is normal and does not affect functionality
  • Replacement tape is available for purchase on our website

Why hasn’t my RTS order shipped?

If your order includes both RTS and Pre-Order items, it will ship once all items are ready.

If you would like RTS items shipped separately, please email us.
Additional shipping fees will apply.
